A Message from the President of Nolan Painting to Our Customers
To Our Customers,
First, I hope you and your family are well. These are very difficult times. Our mental and physical health and well-being are being tested.
The Governor has mandated that we shut down operations. I have been in business for 41 years and have been through my share of economic cycles and economic hardship, but I have never been in a situation like this, when there has been work available that we are not allowed to complete.
As I contemplate how to shutter my business for an indefinite period of time, I worry for others. I worry for my employees, that they will be healthy and be able to handle the tremendous financial strain they are about to endure. I worry for my customers, that they will come back from this. I worry that there will be a demand for our services in the near future. I worry for the health care professionals who will be extremely taxed in this crisis. And I worry for our country, that it will come back quickly.
We are being forced to think in ways and do things that we never imagined. We are a strong company and we are committed to keeping our team together. We have over 100 employees that are like family. When we are allowed to resume operations, we will be able to ramp up fast.
Please allow us to keep you on our schedule. We need to come and do your project. We are eager to get back to doing what we do best: Providing an amazing painting experience for our customers, delivered by our fantastic employees.
Like everyone else, we don’t know what to expect, but history shows that the best lessons and growth opportunities come from times of adversity. Americans are known to be resilient.
I wish you well through this crisis.
God Bless you and your family,
Kevin J Nolan
