Nolan Painting Values Highlight: Transparency
Our final value at Nolan Painting is Transparency. Being Accountable and being transparent go hand in hand; being transparent is one way to be accountable.
For us, transparency isn’t just about sharing the good news—it’s about sharing everything. By opening the lines of communication and providing our team with a clear understanding of our goals, challenges, and successes, we’re creating an environment where everyone feels invested in our collective success. Whether we’re celebrating a milestone achievement or grappling with a setback, we believe in facing the truth head-on and charting a course forward together.
Nolan Painting employs full-time employees, not subcontractors, so everyone is very much a part of the team and plays an integral role in the success of the company and deserves to know how the company is doing at any given time. If you walk into our Nolan Painting Headquarters, you will see a large dry erase board that covers an entire wall. On this board, our team members can view hiring, sales, and revenue goals and where we stand in relation to these goals. For the same reason, Nolan Painting’s founder and CEO, Kevin Nolan, made it a point to share information about the state of the company at each company meeting, and now Nolan Painting’s president, Jon Meyer, has taken over facilitating company meetings and does the same.
