2024 Color Trends

It’s the time of year when we reflect on the color trends we saw throughout the year! 

This year, we saw many of our customers choosing warmer neutrals, such as warm whites, beiges, and greiges. Benjamin Moore Swiss Coffee and Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige are two examples of these warmer beiges. During these cooler months, these warmer colors are particularly popular as folks focus on staying cozy indoors. 

Benjamin Moore describes Swiss Coffee as “an essential white with just the right amount of warmth.”

Other popular beiges/greiges this year include Benjamin Moore White Sand, Benjamin Moore Baby Fawn, Benjamin Moore Natural Cream, Sherwin Williams Gossamer Veil, and Sherwin Williams Bauhaus Buff.

These colors can bring warmth to your home, which is especially sought after in the colder, darker months of winter. Choosing more neutral wall colors also allows you more opportunity to use bolder, brighter colors in other elements of your decorative aesthetic. With a neutral wall, you can choose more colorful art, furniture, or pillows without concern for clashing with the wall color. You also have more flexibility in how you change these over the seasons or years.
